The infrastructure behind Constellations on Demand

Aspect combines orbital inventory, deployable Single-Board Satellites, modular payloads and the X-Aspect intelligence layer into one responsive sensing platform.

An integrated and fast deployable space platform solution for changing mission needs

The Host carries deployable SBS inventory. Deployable SBS units with  mission-specific payloads. X-Aspect turns those measurements into intelligence and directs the next sensing action.

// 01 – HOST PLATFORM

An orbital reserve, ready when the mission changes.

The Host carries SBS inventory to orbit and stores it until additional sensing capacity is required. It allows Aspect to establish, reinforce, and replenish sensing coverage without launching each spacecraft independently.

CORE CAPABILITIES

Orbital inventory

Carry multiple SBS units within one shared Host architecture.

Responsive deployment

Release SBS units individually or in coordinated groups.

Coverage reinforcement

Increase sensing density or resilience over priority regions.

Network replenishment

Replace deorbited units and maintain capability over time.

// 02 – SINGLE-BOARD SATELLITE (+ DAUGHTER CARD)

A common spacecraft platform, configured around the mission.

The Single-Board Satellite integrates the core spacecraft functions into a compact, manufacturable architecture designed for distributed sensing and VLEO operations.
The daughter card provides the mission-specific payload and expands with the SBS according to the selected mission configuration.

CORE CAPABILITIES

Integrated spacecraft architecture

Power, communications, control and onboard processing within one compact platform.

Distributed sensing

Spread sensing capability across multiple coordinated spacecraft rather than concentrating it in one large satellite.

Repeatable manufacturing

Use PCB-based production to support scalable fleet deployment.

Modular payload configuration

Adapt the common SBS platform through application-specific daughter cards.

// 03 – X-ASPECT

The intelligence layer that closes the loop.

X-Aspect combines Aspect observations with third-party models and customer datasets to identify anomalies, reduce uncertainty and determine where additional sensing is needed.

CORE CAPABILITIES

Ingest

Collect and quality-tag measurements from Aspect spacecraft, external sources and customer data.

Fuse

Combine multiple data domains into a shared operating model.

Understand

Identify anomalies, changing conditions, observation gaps and areas of uncertainty.

Orchestrate

Retask existing spacecraft or direct the deployment of additional SBS capacity.

Deliver

Provide forecasts, alerts, maps, confidence fields, APIs and event feeds.

// 04 – CONSTELLATION ON DEMAND

Sensing capacity that adapts around the mission.

Constellation on Demand is the capability created by the Host, SBS fleet, modular payloads and X-Aspect working together.
The system can establish, reinforce and replenish sensing capability as operational priorities change.

WHAT IT ENABLES

Deploy targeted sensing nodes

Add capability without launching an entirely new conventional constellation.

Form coordinated sensing geometries

Arrange SBS units around a priority area or mission objective.

Increase sensing density

Improve coverage, revisit or resilience when demand changes.

Reinforce existing capability

Add spacecraft over regions requiring more attention.

Replenish the network

Replace deorbited units and sustain the mission over time.

Support different operating models

Enable permanent, temporary, hybrid and sovereign configurations.
